Stephanie Fields Beaulieu

Stephanie Beaulieu is the owner and designated broker of Fields Realty, LLC—a modern continuation of her grandfather’s legacy business, Fields Real Estate. She began her real estate career in 2011 as a part-time pursuit while working full time in law enforcement. After retiring from law enforcement, she opened Fields Realty and has since built a reputation for steady leadership, clear communication, and tireless advocacy for both buyers and sellers.

Stephanie is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and holds the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and inclusive, client-centered service. Known for her compassion and attention to detail, she takes pride in guiding sellers through meaningful transitions and helping buyers find a home that truly fits their needs.

Deeply rooted in her community, Stephanie is a proud supporter of youth sports and actively supports causes close to her heart, including the local hospice house and humane society. Her service first mindset shows up in every transaction, because for Stephanie, real estate is never just about property; it’s about people.

Brianne Bubar

Brianne Bubar is an Associate Broker with Fields Realty, where she has been serving buyers and sellers since beginning her real estate career in 2018. She has extensive experience with residential, land, and commercial properties, and values every opportunity to meet and work with new clients. Each transaction brings valuable experience and insight that strengthens her ability to advocate effectively for her clients. 

Bri is committed to clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm, steady approach. Taking the time to understand her clients’ goals and meet challenges with informed, practical guidance is a top priority. Bri resides in Fort Fairfield and is actively involved in her community, helping to stay in tune with the local market. She welcomes the opportunity to work with new clients that are buying or selling in Aroostook County and is always ready to help navigate each step of the process with confidence, care, and professionalism.

Emily Weston

Emily is dedicated to helping clients find their forever homes and guiding sellers as they move on to their next chapter. Born and raised in Caribou, Maine, she brings a strong work ethic shaped by years of helping on her grandfather’s farm, along with a modern approach to marketing through her extensive social media skills.

In addition to her real estate career, Emily is a licensed cosmetologist who loves helping people feel confident and cared for, an energy she brings to every client experience in real estate as well. She strives to make the buying or selling process smooth, supportive, and successful for everyone she works with.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys fishing, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
